To request a refund, you must contact our company support center. Refunds cannot be processed automatically or through any other channel. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Overview
CryptoArena offers paper trading tournaments using virtual capital. Because no real money is risked during trading, our refund policy applies specifically to tournament entry fees paid to participate in competitions. We are committed to fair and transparent refund handling.
Refund Eligibility
Tournament Entry Fees
Refunds are available for tournament entry fees if the request is submitted within 24 hours of payment AND the tournament has not yet started.
Cancelled Tournaments
If CryptoArena cancels a tournament for any reason, all entry fees will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Tournaments Already Started
No refunds are available for tournaments that have already begun, regardless of your participation status.
After 24-Hour Window
Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after payment are not eligible, even if the tournament has not started.
Completed Tournaments
Entry fees for completed tournaments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Account Violations
Accounts suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
